On the 8th, Wider Planet announced that it had decided to increase paid-in capital to a third party worth 19 billion won.

Those eligible for the third-party allocation of paid-in capital increase are six people, including actors Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung. With this investment, Wider Planet’s largest shareholder becomes actor Lee Jung-jae. The new shares issued through paid-in capital increase are 5,965,460 shares of common stock, and the issuance price of new shares is 3,185 won.

Wider Planet plans to use the raised amount for operating funds (KRW 12 billion) and debt repayment funds (KRW 7 billion). The scheduled listing date for new shares is the 28th.
